Representatives of The Embassy of The Kingdom of Belgium in Thailand visit and meeting with Acting on behalf of the hospital director and the hospital team on Aug 25, 2022.
On August 2,2022. Representative of The Embassy of Switzerland in Thailand, Ms. Simone Laurette Spring whose deputy head of consular protection section has been visited for a meeting with acting on behalf of the hospital director, doctor and hospital team member. The purpose of meeting is to strengthen relationship for better cooperation in solving issues and better solution for helping Belgium resident and tourist especially in Koh Samui district.
Outpatient and emergency
With the conditions of different international business hours and long processing times, a hospital reserves the right by requiring patients to pay for a hospital expense by themselves. The hospital will prepare a medical certificate and receipt for patients to process the claim on their own
Inpatient
The patient must prepare the following documents to the hospital in order to collect your medical bills directly with the insurance company.
- Copy of passport
- Copy of insurance policy
- Tickets for arrivals and departures from the country
Important Note:
- The hospital reserves the right to consider accepting or rejecting guarantees coverage for the treatment of some companies.
- Most overseas insurance companies need at least 2 working days to proceed, if the patient discharges before the insurance company considers medical coverage, patients must pay and process the claim on their own
All those who are working and have a work visa are eligible for medical cover under the Thai social security system. To join you must make an application within 30 days from the date of employment. Submitting the application form along with a copy of your passport and work permit. Monthly contributions will be taken from your salary.
